Car Radio Unlocking

The wifes 1998 Corsa had a flat battery, after charging and reconnecting the radio has gone into safe mode. Have not got the original car manual or anything with the code on it. Can anyone help?
The radio is a Philips Car 400 and having removed it to look for a serial number it appears to have originally been in an Astra 1.6 club.
Numbers printed on the radio are as follows
Philips 330886636
No.: 24 455 379
Type:CAR400 2F3

also has a couple of barcodes with the following numbers
9022 213 99754 02
003 0210 3211181

Hi, found the serial number. It was almost invisible.
