    try code 5414 once only
If it fails to work then your code will only be available from the Main Dealer database or the unit will have to be taken into a Radio Decoding Service

It is unlikely to be available for free or cheap from anywhere on the Internet
  • Hi, I'm hoping someone can help, I've just bought a V plate Mondeo 1.8TD which has had a new battery fitted, there's no manual for it and the stereo needs a code.

    The model no is 4000RDS
    The Serial no. is M350426

I'd really appreciate it if someone could come up with the correct code for me.

    Thanks in advance

    m 350426 = 7043
TO ENTER CODE - press station preset button 1 repeatedly for 1st diget of your keycode - repeat the same on - 2 for 2nd - 3 for 3rd - 4 for 4th - & if the display then shows the correct keycode number press preset button 5 to enter - photo shows radio extractor keys & serial number on the radio casing - go to u-tube & see remove ford radio
  • Dave, thanks so much! Very quick reply with the correct code, I may not have any cassettes to put in the stereo but I have got radio and an ipod with FM transmitter so VERY happy bunny, thanks again fella you're a star (and we're a dying breed!!)

Ford V Serial codes are not usually available for free from anywhere on the Internet (unless you can blag it for free from Ford) as they are not calculated using software but require access to the Ford factory database( via a Ford Dealer)...which is not commercially available as software.

See your PM message for cheap options

Otherwise try your Ford Dealer or a Radio Decoding Service

Thank you for your quick reply, unfortunately I have fat fingers and should have typed. M010362. Very silly of me I know. Could I trouble you for the code for this correct serial number, and I will try to type better in future.
