I have 2 questions basically.
1. I've already attempted the code given to me by the dealer 10 times and the radio is now in LOCK mode. How do I get it out of that state?

2. The dealers gave me a code 9938 for the radio but that doesnt work. They now want to charge me money to resolve the situation. I've managed to remove the radio myself and the information on the back is as follows:
Ford Made by Visteon in Brazil
Model: 4600 N
4600 NG
Serial No.: M006467
Part No.: 3L8T-18C838-CA

Can you help at all?
