Hiya, just bought a Peugeot 106D Rreg (1997) but the radio asks for code (and previous owner doesn't have it/not in documents.
It's a Clarion PU 9971A, 96233537ZL with s/n 0079578. Can anybody help? I have heard that the code can be calculated from the diode pattern in the radio?

Sorry....your code will only be available from the Main Dealer database or the unit will have to be taken into a Radio Decoding Service

It is unlikely to be available for free from anywhere on the Internet

This is a older Clarion using a solder tag system for its code so will require further technical advice.

I have recently bought a ford focus 2009 model which has a ford cd 6000 type radio fitted but does not have the code:

The model number and serial are below;

8C1T-18C815-AA

Serial number: V030662

I would very much appreciate any help with the code for the radio to work.

Ford V Serial codes are not usually available for free from anywhere on the Internet (unless you can blag it for free from Ford) as they are not calculated using software but require access to the Ford factory database( via a Ford Dealer)...which is not commercially available as software.
