Drove my car through a big old puddle and did something to the electrics. Local garage fixed that bit but didn't enter the code for me.

M097693 is the number on my radio if anyone can help? Thanks

Your radio is made by CLARION and the only CLARION code that can be calculated (using a serial number ) anywhere on the Internet is if your radio also has a BARCODE SERIAL NUMBER beginning with C 7000000 + + + + on a separate label somewhere on the metal casing.
(Note ...not beginning with CL.)

If not then it will only be available from your Main Dealer or a Decoding Service or your local Car Radio / Audio Store who will connect a laptop to read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM) inside your radio.

How do I find the serial number so someone can get me the code?

Remove radio from dash , you tube is your friend , check some previous postings .

Also try pushing 1/2nd button with the 6th , just might bring up a M***** then post back here
