Just like to add anybody buying stereo release keys search around on ebay and make sure you get the right ones at the right price. I only paid £1.33 for a set for my 2005 focus, these were for use on 2004 and onwards models. Pre 2004 models need a whole different key, an only 2 of em whereas 2004 onwards need 4 keys. Some people were charging over £5 for the same keys. £1.33 was the buy it now for the four with free delivery. Also it's worth checking YouTube for a demo video on how to do it, the job isn't difficult but it's fiddly.

Ford V Serial codes are not usually available for free from anywhere on the Internet (unless you can blag it for free from Ford) as they are not calculated using software but require access to the Ford factory database( via a Ford Dealer)...which is not commercially available as software.

Otherwise try your Ford Dealer or a Radio Decoding Service
