VW radios are not made by VW but made by most of the major manufacturers and most of their codes are not calculated but have to be looked up on the VW dealer database....which is not available to buy as software.

The only database available are for some Grundig and Philips pre year 2000.

Hi, I've got a 5500 radio in a Ford Ranger - the serial no is m029109. Any ideas?
