I bought a 51 Vauxhall Astra, recently, and had to disconnect the battery to do the work. I didn't get the radio code from the guy I bought this off and wondered if anyone knows where I might get the code without payment??

It's a Delco CDR500

When I got the radio out, to get the serial number, it had 2 x 4 digit numbers written on the casing so tried these and someone else suggested a number but none have worked.

Down to 7 attempts now, so, fingers crossed someone can help??
