Hi folks,

I've a corsa c and due to a dodgy earth i lost battery power the pther day and now my stereo is in safe mode, can anyone get me the code and what info do you need for it?

Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks for this. Just tried it and it didn't work. I am now on attempt 6 and it asks me to wait 30 mins then just moves on to the next attempt. Have I knackered it? Or maybe it has been re-set somewhere along the line? Sorry to be a pain

Sorry....I've worked out why....I wrote the serial number down wrong. I am so sorry .... It should be M007116. Could you help again please....would be really grateful.

The correct radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a code

First remove the radio from the dashboard.

Then post the radio make+model plus all the letters+numbers on any labels,barcodes and a 14 character Serial Number stamped in the metal casing.

This information can then be used to see if a code can be calculated

Sorry....will only be available from the Main Dealer database or the unit will have to be taken into a Radio Decoding Service to obtain this code

It will not be available for free or cheap from anywhere on the Internet
