    just bought a car with new engine in and the code is unavailable for me
    the stereo is a
    VDO 330886636
    type cdr 2005(e)
    GM020521560764
    any help would be great

    select first digit of code with button one reapeat press for correct digit,2 for second, 3 for third, 4 for fourth.

    button 5 when code is correct in display

    Sorry....will only be available from the Main Dealer database or the unit will have to be taken into a Radio Decoding Service to obtain this code

    It will not be available for free or cheap from anywhere on the Internet

    Hi!
    I have a 2008 Ford Mondeo, and my stereo/navigation unit was changed before I bought the car. I have a 4 digit code, but is from the old unit. I had to remove the battery, and now the unit is locked.
    I will write everything I saw on the back sticker, maybe you can help me too:
    8S7T 18K931 BB
    217 C7E3A0536 8 8232562 7 612 360 536

    TO ENTER CODE - press station preset button 1 repeatedly for 1st diget of your keycode - repeat the same on - 2 for 2nd - 3 for 3rd - 4 for 4th - & if the display then shows the correct keycode number press preset button 5 to enter - photo shows radio extractor keys & serial number on the radio casing - go to u-tube & see remove ford radio
