Youtube is your best bet , easier than reading my instructions.
Just enter Ford radio removal
They might suggest buying 'keys' from ebay /halfords but these are just bent pieces of wire. Cut the corners off a wire coat hanger , just insert into holes firmly and a number of inches , you cant damage anything.
