It will be cheaper to bin the unit and replace with a non-original or a Ford unit from ebay, the unit will have to be reset by someone with the correct tools so very expensive. I doubt your dealer will be interested other than selling you a new one.

I don`t think Panasonic are factory fitted radios in Fords

This means it will have to be taken into a Radio Decoding Service to obtain this code

It will not be available for free or cheap from anywhere on the Internet
