I have a Ford Fiesta Ghia and the Keycode that I was given in the Owners Guide, which is stamped by the Dealership, doesn't work. Why won't the radio accept the code and where can I get a code from to unlock the radio? The serial number of the radio is M021520.

Owners guides are often given out 'very ' freely , so the booklet is correct for the radio model, but not for that particular radio!
Your code should be 9159 , you have only a limited number of attempts , best way is to remove radio from dashboard ( ask for help if required) and check for the number on the back.
