Car Radio Unlocking

We have a ford 2006r radio serial no M024927 but seem to have the wrong code. The radio is now showing 'TEN' and we are unable to enter in a code. Any help appreciated!

Can anyone help? My radio needs recoding since the battery was changed and I can't find where I wrote down the number!!
It's a Blaupunkt VW alpha cc radio.

Sorry....will only be available from the Main Dealer or the unit will have to be taken into a Radio Decoding Service to obtain this code

It will not be available for free or cheap from anywhere on the Internet

try disconnecting the battery and try 0247
