    Hello there

Looking for a bit of help here please, I'm losing the plot.

Had a bad incident with my car and all the paperwork is missing. Not had a radio for 2 weeks and a garage said it was 30 quid for a 2 minute job so that was binned !

Any advice on how to get this code and how to go about it please ?

    Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance to those who help a broken man !

    Is it a Ford ?

A 4500 model . often fitted to the Fiesta ( 3 part dash ) you can hold down buttons 1/2 and 6 and up pops the magic M******

But if this fails .......... which it often does. remove radio from dash , buy the keys off of ebay/ Halfords , then look for the M****** on the chassis of the radio
But as the 'keys' are really only bent wire , make your own from a wire coat hanger , two U shaped wires are required . push in firmly. no danger as the wire disengages the catches outside of the working radio . hope this is clear , just ask
  • Hi guys, Anybody got a radio code for M154637.

    Cheers for that pal.

    It's a Ford Focus 1.6 tdci on a 06 plate.

As you can gather, I'm thick when it comes to car, actually, seriously thick !! Is it easier to take it to Halfords to get this done ?

I've got bad previous for DIY jobs ! Wife banned me years ago ( happy with that though )

    Thanks for advice :)
