    Hello

    Have the same problem with my 2006 Ford mondeos 6000 radio. I am missing the first digit of my serial number (the letter) have only 035416 - any ideas on how to get the code without removing the radio?

    Hi also having the same problem after recently getting an old fiesta. Serial number is MO48523

    I bought a new car, changed the battery and now the radio wants a code which i haven't got.. it is a 5000RDS , serial number M360066..... HELP PLEASE!

    If the missing letter is an M then use 0349 ...........
