The 0421 code is the one that was stamped onto the metal casing, i managed to get a decoder, and got code: 1655, could you check that for me? I haven't been able to try the code as it says error 7, and wont let me input the code. I checked the book it said 14 times then it will lock, yet its only been 7... anyway to input the code?

I just rang up Citroen they said £30!!!! to sort it out...

The only decoder that works uses the C7000000xxxx barcode number so you must have this barcode label on your radio.

It does not work using the CL xxxxxxxxxxxx Serial Number..
