Help! Just had my starter motor fixed and it's come back with the radio not working!

I have the same model radio/Single CD (shows: 6000 CD RDS E.O.N) but the 3147 code doesn't appear to work for it! (I'm assuming that you just program in the 4 digit code and leave it and if it's right it'll just accept it??? (Million $ question!)???

My radio shows the following when I push 1&5:

50701940
* next screen
DP MV SH
255!
* next screen
09-00-00

Help!! What am I doing wrong?

You need to press 5 after entering the code. If that does not work you need to remove the radio from the dash to get the M****** serial number.

1) 07-00-19
2) CD_KW_10
3) 14/12/2006
4) FB 05-01-02

?!

so... witch one is the model number ?! have anyone any ideea ? and if one of the 4 combinations.... can anyone help me with the code ? (i have a ford fiesta - diesel 1.4 from 2007).
