Hello everyone, I'm new to the forum, please be gentle with me.
My 2006 (56) Saab 9-3 had an accident, the stereo powers up, selects the channel but no sound from the speakers. I have checked the fuses all seems in order. I have got another used stereo off a Saab 95 (2005) they are same but it now says it is locked. The weird thing about it all is that I have taken my stereo out a few times, had the battery changed but it never asked for any codes....

The Stereos are GM, have numbers as follows.

Saab 9-3 Stereo:
SAAB Part NO: 12774898
FUTJITSU TEN LIMITED: (20T)894898ESE70088440
FTL PART NO; 122000-8990A101

SAAB 95 \STEREO
SAAB Part NO: 12778047
FUTJITSU TEN LIMITED: (20T)898047ESF6003350

The stereos are the same but for the fascia which are interchangeable.

Can someone please help me......I need radio code for the stereo...

Hi all.

I salute everyone who's been good enough to give up their time to help people out here.

I had my Transit's battery disconnected by an RAC man last Saturday and now have no radio. I'd be very grateful if somebody could help.
