However. I sort of have another problem. The radio has been coming up with 'Wait 1HR' for a long time. I have learnt that I must leave the radio running for a full hour while on for it to ask me the code. Is this the case? I have disconnected the radio cables and still the same thing after reconnecting. Will the code have reset itself to 0000 or will it still be the code someone gives me now?

We've just had to replace the battery in our Ford Focus (07 plate) only to find our keycode has not been recorded. Our local garage quoted us £68 to decode it!!! Can anyone tell us what it is, please?

The serial number is V010669.

Please someone help!

Following a battery change I am without radio and as it appears to be built-in with no obvious way of finding a serial number on it, I'm at a loss. I have a chassis number VF1BG1GB633896989 if that is of use.
