Hi, wife just had a new battery fitted and then realised she did not have the radio code.

It's an old Ford 3000 radio/cassette with serial no M068992. On the label, someone has written 7171, but that does not work.

I'm sure this will be a silly question but where do you get the serial number from. I need this so I can then post and ask for the radio code for my Ford Ka.

7171 is the correct code for that serial. How are you entering the code and what happens ?
