If it has the removeable key panel remove it and polish the contacts on a rough piece of cloth or clean them with a pen eraser.... or ..... Remove power plugs from back of radio and leave for a couple of hours before you plug back in and try again. Or it could just be dead. Read on another forum, check that none of the buttons on the unit are stuck in, check they are all loose.
