Car Radio Unlocking

Hi there,

Just changed the battery in my Zafira, hence now I need the code, it would be great if you're able to help me out.
Siemens VDO Type CDR 500
These are all the codes I can see on the reverse of the detachable plate:
PA6-GF15
GM 13 107 918

I've looked for a serial number as mentioned in several other posts, but cannot seem to locate this. If this is what is required can you kindly point me in the direction of where I might find it - does the entire unit need to be removed?

Sorry....will only be available from the Main Dealer or the unit will have to be taken into a Radio Decoding Service to obtain this code

It will not be available for free or cheap from anywhere on the Internet

Hi. I am new to this. This my first forum. I need help with the radio in my Ford Focus. I had to disconnect my battery and now the radio is asking for a code. The serial No. on the radio is: M313713 and the engine no. Is: EYDE4R33634.
Can someone help??

you need to remove radio a metal coat hanger cut up to make the keys or you can buy them halfords sell them

Hoping someone could help with mine. It's an 02 ford ka. I don't what the serial number is but this is what the radio says when I press 1 and 6.

The correct radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a code

It usually begins with M or V followed by SIX digits ...such as M654321 or V654321

Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this number....but not in your case?

Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing
