You need to remove radio from dashboard

You can buy extraction tools ( try ebay)

OR

First thing to try , find a wire coat hanger.
Cut off the two corners, allowing at least 6 inches on each arm.
Bend wire until you can insert both ends into the ( same side) holes
Same with other piece of wire.

Push into holes firmly ( they should go in number of inches.)

You now have a radio with a couple of loops sticking out.
Push loops outwards and wriggle.
Radio not you , gentle pull.

then on the radio will :j be a yellow sticker with hopefully

a M followed by a six digit number, post here

Not a silly question ,

Press 1st button 4 times
press 2nd button 8

et etc when you have 4823 displayed press 5th buton
