Car Radio Unlocking

Hi, Can someone help please.

I have an old Vauxhall Corsa (1994) and my car radio (an old Philips radio) is in SAFE mode after the battery was replaced.

I dont know which mumber you need from the radio sticker, so I will list all of the number that are on the label:

No: 90 381 124
Type: SC 201(C)
N.6/00746/15377/A
DM 25-6-1985
DM 27-8-1987
There are also 2 bar codes: 90222146075801 & 00393401075376
Finally, top right of label shows:
Z G602
Z
F 757B
