Car Radio Unlocking

Hi
I started to add an AUX lead to my Ford 6000CD car stereo, I removed the power lead, added the AUX lead and then reconnected the leads. I was the prompted to input a security code - and I don't know what it is.
I did some investigating and there are lots of people who can help if you can provide a serial number. Problem is, mine starts with a V, rather than an M - it's V080066.
Can anyone help me find a way to unlock my car stereo?0 -
gnosnikrap yep , The V codes are not available for free or even easily found on the web , sorry we can't help0

gnosnikrap RegWorts has some suggestions , hopefully he will see the posting and comment.
We have seen posting that Fords charge £15/£20 plus . so shop around. Check out ebay , if you can find a cheap ford radio which requires the M****** code you know where we are.0 -

Ford V Serial codes are not available for free from anywhere on the Internet as access is required to the Ford factory database( via a Ford Dealer)...which is not commercially available as software.

Hi I'm new to this forum so apologies if if I've not managed to post this request properly.
I was after the 4 digit security code for a Philips 400 car stereo from a Vauxhall Astra. Seems to have gone into safe mode when battery changed.
Stereo details listed below:
GM040013058657
No. 09 136 106
2FB
9022 213 99759
003 0115 3058657
WA 020115
any help would be much appreciated.
Regards
Nam1
It will not be available for free or cheap from anywhere on the Internet0 -
