There are several ways to remove lock 10::
""try holding down the button 6 on your radio whilst switching your radio on, this should give you 3 extra attempts""
or
Switch ignition AND radio on and leave undisturbed; this method can work also it could take up to an hour

Hi, i have a 6000 rds eon. after an electrical issue the radio was disconnected. The code i was given with the car doesnt work but the original paperwork says the model is the 5000 so im guessing it has been updated since purchase. The model no is M004763. The code given is 2678 which doesnt work. Could someone help please

Sorry....will only be available from the Main VW Dealer or the unit will have to be taken into a Radio Decoding Service to obtain this code

It will not be available for free or cheap from anywhere on the Internet
