Unfortunately that Serial Number begins with CL and not C 7000000++++

If the radio has been reprogrammed then any Serial Number will be of no use.

You will have little option but to get either the original Radio Decoder to supply your code...or some othe Radio Decoder to do it....but the original guy`s £10 is relatively cheap (if it works) as the normal cost is usually £15 > £25

EEPROM dump reading is a technical procedure and is not discussed here.

Try one of the technical forums.(see PM)
