2706 is the code for M139957, so is the M139957 the right number for your radio , or was it also in the Audio book?

Take the radio out of the dashboard and check for the correct M****** normally on a sticker top of radio.

I will try and check the serial number on the radio if i can get the thing out. Perhaps its not the original radio!
I`ll get back to you if the serial number is different from the one in the Audio Guide.
    Thanks for your help:cool:

But a wire coathanger works well. Cut the hanger at the corners to produce two loops.
Push well into the two holes ( 3 inches??) then push wire sideways slightly and pull loops towards you.

The idea's the same , the coat hanger trick is worth a go , cheap ( free) . You cant do any damage to the radio , pushing a wire into the holes does not go into radio , just releases the catches , so be firm.

Otherwise the 'correct' keys .......... two pieces of shaped wire can be bought from Halfords £6
or off ebay for £2 .

Check out ebay for a picture of said bent wire.
