The radio will have to be removed from the dashboard and then quote ALL the LETTERS + NUMBERS found on any LABELS , BARCODES or STAMPED IN THE METAL CASING.

Please make sure you quote everything.

Thank you RegWorts. I have had another look and these are all the numbers I can find (nothing engraved on the casing though) and nothing says it is the serial number.

can you please help me iv just replaced my battery and my radio has reset its asking for the code but i dont have it.i rang my local ford dealer and they want £25. iv managed to get the damn thing out (which has taken 2 hours) and took note of the number its m093594 if anyone could help me it would be most appreciated thanks nick
