I am thinking you are not in the UK, I believe we are only able to decode European models!

What is required is the unit serial number - this should be either M then 6 numbers or V then 6 numbers. The best way to find this is to remover the unit and find the number on the rear of the unit.

Please also note; if the serial starts with V then these codes are NOT avail FREE on-line.

You normally have 10 attempts at entering a code before it locks. it is possible to reset this by switching on the vehicle ignition AND the radio and leave it undisturbed for up to an hour.

Hi have a ford falcon ute with blocked radio. got code off ford dealer 1245, that matched the vin.no. this didnt work. serial no. on radio is 1383181064400. vin is 6fpaaajgcmya36416. im in australia. hopefully someone can help

Sorry , if your Ford dealer cannot supply the correct code then your only option is to take it into a Radio Decoding Service so they can connect a laptop to read the working code inside the memory chip (EEPROM)

The codes for Oz Ford Radio Serial numbers with no letter at the beginning (eg M******) are unlikely to be available for free from anywhere on the Internet
