i have just bought a ford mondeo from the car auctions and when arriving home found out the stereo on it says "LOCKED" with the number 10 under Neath and i can not get anyway of inputting any code if i had one, could you please tell me the code for this stereo and how to input it please

on the back of the cd player it says

FD 600A 2M626383

i hope this is enough info for you to help me out of this dilemer

Hi,

I believe the locked 10 message means the incorrect code has been entered the maximum of 10 times.

You can try holding in the preset 6 button until it asks for the code again.

If this works then carefully enter: 6406

No guarantees but good luck
