Hi,
Am posting on behalf of someone as the code they have been given does not work.
ford KA 04 plate
part no. 3551 18c815 bc
serial Mo201825
code they have been given is 1520 .. which when input takes them to a screen "verify" and "wait" with a half hour count down
any help would be appreciated0 -

Using the last 6 I also come up with 1520!
Possible solutions; 1 - the number was taken from the paperwork, best to remove and take the number from the rear of the unit.
2 - if it is showing a 'count down' then there have been several attempts to put in wrong code. Switch the radio on (with ignition on) and leave for about an hour0 -

I thought exactly the same.
So I removed the unit and that is what is actually on the rear :S
Ive sent them packing for now, I'll bell them up later and see if the countdown is back to 0
I am still right in thinking its digits 1-4 to select the numbers and 5 to enter?0 -

If it does not clear then it is possible the unit has been re-coded in the past then. If so afraid it's back to a local de-coder to sort it:(0 -

Hi there, can anyone sort me out with a code? I've unplugged the battery and can't find the code anywhere?
Serial is M012916 for Ford Focus 5000 RDS
Complete sanity saver if you can oblige.
Thanks a million.....:)0 -
