Most Ford's start with the letter A, C, L or M some later one's with V
You could try 7476.

If this does not work then remove the unit and get the serial from the rear.

To the best of my knowledge NO Fords start with letter I.
Best thing to do, I think, would be to remove the unit and check the serial on the back.
