I need the code for my ford focus 2003 radio Model 6006E. But I dont know how to remove the fascia to reveal the serial number! Local Ford garage says you need a special tool! Can anyone help?

I recently bought a 2006 Ford Transit. It had some faults and one of them was the battery which I changed. Unfortunately my radio (model cd 6000) doesn't start anymore and asks for a code. I wonder if anyone here could help me obtain it? The serial number is M216462. Thank you very much!

oh and also i used the metal coathanger to get the radio out but one of my 'hand made' prongs got stuck, ive pulled and pulled and it wont come out any advice?

Hi I have bought my father-in-law a cdr 2005 to upgrade his radio cassette from a salvage yard. In the service wallet it had a radio code and I have attempted to put this in but the radio is still in safe mode. I have 8 more attempts remaining. The radio serial number on the cd/radio is: gm020521168822
Can anyone help with a code? if not it is a trip to the dealers.
