That is your VIN number for a March 2000 5 door Focus, delete it from your post for security reasons ;). We need the M****** serial number. Remove the radio from the dash and take the serial off of the sticker. http://www.fitaudio.com/?View=entry&EntryID=35

Never associate with idiots on their own level, because, being an intelligent man, you'll try to deal with them on their level - and on their level they'll beat you every time.

Being hated by idiots is the price you pay for not being one of them.

    The usual cost is £15 > £25

The cheapest is usually a local Radio Decoding Service (such as your local Car Radio/Audio Store) where they will connect a laptop to read the working code inside your radio`s memory chip (EEPROM)
    OK - thanks!

What happens when you press button 1 seven times ?

    and ......

Where did you get the M****** serial number you quoted in your first post ?

Hi, the M005802 number is from the back of the radio.

When I push button 1 seven times it puts lots of 0000 across as the code and then I have to wait. It is now taking hours before it allows me to try again.
