Car Radio Unlocking

hi all, hoping some one out there can help? Changed the battery in my daughters Ford Puma the other day, now have no working radio. The information on the radio is as follows...front panel, RDS 6000 EON and on the side Serial number M018093 Part 97 FP-18C 815 DA. I understand a code needs putting in to allow the radio to work, any one any ideas? How do I enter the code if I can get it? Thanks in advance for any help received!

Serial is either
0094839 (sticker on top)
or
0105266 (sticker on side)

I foolishly ran my battery down by leaving my lights on (never again!) and need the code to reset my 4500 RDS Radio for a Ford Focus Finesse.
