Before we give you any more information please confirm that the M serial came directly from the sticker on the top / side of the unit. This is to help protect you from fatally entering any more wrong codes.

Yes it came directly from the key code bar sticker at the side and the at sticker at the top of the radio. Both quoted the same M032588
