You can gently push 4 nails into the holes or a bent piece of wire coat hanger. The tools have a notch cut into the end to catch on the lugs to help pull it out. The tools can be got off ebay for 99p normally. An alternative method is to go into Halfords, flutter your eyelashes and put on the helpless female impression, usually works.
