I have removed the radio and think i find the codes you were talking about.

Below the main barcode are 2 codes:
1.: 7700433948TY019
2.: 770 443 948 | --f

I guess you need the first one. (because the second is the same without the last part)

The security code is: Y019

There are a few other codes on the sticker (model no, product no, and an unknown code below the security code). But you don`t need those do you?

And if i have the correct code, how can i submit it? Because some says you have to hold 5 and others are saying you have to hold 6 till you hear a 'peep'.

I really hope someone can help me find the correct code!

You must hold at the end to store your code.
IF YOU DONT HAVE ¬ KEY THEN PUSH THUMBWHEEL IN AND SOME HAVE {A¬} KEY
Turn on the radio and the display will show 'CODE'
Use the steering controls for code entry.
Press the [ ¬] button then rotate the thumb wheel for the correct first digit
Press the [ ¬] button then rotate the thumb wheel for the correct second digit
Press the [ ¬] button then rotate the thumb wheel for the correct third digit
Press the [ ¬] button then rotate the thumb wheel for the correct fourth digit
If the correct code is now shown on screen,
press and hold the [ ¬] button for up to 10 seconds to store the code


FOR NO STEERING CONTROL
press the first preset button for the 1st digit,
second button for the 2nd digit
third button for 3rd digit
forth button for 4th digit
then press and HOLD button 6 to store. for 10 seconds


and on some it's hold 5 to store.

Hi,

I've bought a new car, and want to take the current radio from the ford KA I have.

And put back the old Ka's radio. But It doesn't work without the code.
