Car Radio Unlocking

hi guys, my nan had some work done on her ka and the code wasnt in the stereo and they are trying to charge her £20 to get the code and put it in to which i obviously said no chance, then went to the ford garage she had it from and they are trying to get her to have a full service to get the code so i kicked off with them trying to con an old lady out of money.

just wondered if anyone could help me get the code for her please.
