No......... LOCK13 has had 13 or more wrong codes entered previously and is now fully locked.

It can only be reset by the Ford Dealer or a Radio Decoding Service

There is no free solution available anywhere on the Internet.

Perhaps cheaper to buy a replacement radio?

hi, can anyone help. I have a saab 93 convertable and bought a radio /cd player to replace my radio/cassette player. when installed message reads radio locked, phoned dealership and they say nothing can be done as radio/cd player has to be devorced from donar saab then married to my saab and can only be done at dealership.
