My code (written in my manual) is 5120 but it does not work. Does this indicate perhaps new radio was intalled by previous owner?Ford Focus 2002 Thanks

We need the M****** serial number to be able to give the code. The radio was often changed at the dealerships. My son's model came with a 6 disc unit as standard, bought "one previous owner" from a dealer with a standard unit fitted.

Also post the SECURITY NUMBER. This is found on a label on the metal casing in the format TOA123 or TA123 or just A123 at the end of a barcode
