I have a Philips CCR 600 (with factory fitted CD changer) in a 1999 Vauxhall Astra. I recently stripped the dash to replace the clock/radio panel bulbs and after re-build and powering everything up, the radio (which worked beforehand) came up with SAFE on the display. I do have the code for the radio but I have never been given the chance to enter it. I have followed standard procedure with the AS button as per the manual but, of course, no luck. Any help would be much appreciated.
