According to my database the the HU-605 is a MITSUBISHI radio that uses an EEPROM memory chip for the code.
It does not use diodes

The much older CR-605 Volvo Alpine uses diodes

sorry Main Dealer or a Decode Service who will plug it into a laptop and electronically read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM)
