Please can you help with code for Ford Ka 6000CD radio S/N M055294. Replaced battery and supplied code doesn't work. Much appreciated.

Thanks guys for all your help, but in the end I didn't need a code: the "new" radio worked without one! That surprised me: all the indications were that the radio would need a code. Even the dealer told me I would need one. Maybe codes came in later than 2001?

Have required to put a code in my daughters car , her's is a 1996 model and we have had lots asking for codes for cars of the same era. I don't know why yours didn't need a code.
More like that and we can retire ... again.

Sometimes you have to leave it for several hours as it will depend on how many wrong codes have been entered previously.

The worst case is if too many wrong codes have been entered , then it will be fully locked and can only be reset by a Radio Decoding Service.



The important bit is to leave it UNDISTURBED because if it is interrupted then the timing restarts.
