Hi, I hope someone can help I have a ford focus c-max had to have a new battery fitted today and as if that wasn't expensive enough I now have no stereo.

I see by the threads that people have put on here u need the model number which I believe is M048267 after taking a knife, screwdriver and anything else I could use to plunge it out.

Serial no is invalid. need M +6 digits. Please recheck.
