Tried the code in the manual but I think the radio has been changed from the original.

So where did you get M004992. from??

Your a legend. Code works, so don't have to whistle to myself going to work in the morning

The serial number was on the radio chassis.

Hi, I have a Sony 6000CD and I need the unlock code. The one supplied with the car was for a different serial number (ex fleet car).

The serial number is: V314934.
