All I can say is re-check your serial number quoted. Also check the part-number. The part-number should be 7 xxx 140 xxx

These are the only two variables that can make a difference to your calculated code.

Your code is still 2355.

It sounds you are entering code OK. Ignition key on. Using presets, 2,3,5,5 and should activate on entering last number.

If it's not working, the radio has been re-programmed to another code in the past, and you'll need services of a radio decoder.
Main dealer won't be able to help in this situation.
