I have a 2005 Citroen Dispatch. Recently I had to have a new battery and now the radio no longer works as it requires a code.

I have searched everywhere and there was no code supplied, there is nothing written on the casing nor anywhere in the vehicle documentation.

My question is therefore, what information do I need to provide in order for one of the site techies to provide the code to my radio?

Please removethe radio then post all the info off of the radio make/model
all letters and numbers on any labels
look for one that looks some thing like T0U123 /TOT123
